This is the Privacy Policy for NOVII Pty Ltd ACN 117 524 982 which trades as HomeGuru and OzHomeValue (referred to as “we”, “us”, “our”). This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which we deal with personal information, including in relation to the sites owned and operated by us including homeguru.com.au and ozhomevalue.com.au (“Website/s”), and any reports and other communications, facilities or materials available via those Website/s and our services (with these sites and services collectively known as the “Service”).

Our commitment is to abide by applicable privacy laws including the Privacy Act 1988 (Cwth) for the protection of personal information. You also consent to us and our related entities and corporate partners offering you products and/or services which you may agree to purchase, and this extends to goods or services from us or any third party. We may also send information to you on behalf of our related entities or corporate partners.  

We may share your personal information with our related entities and corporate partners including property, loan or finance professionals who may contact you in relation to assisting you in exploring your property, loan or finance options and may offer you related products and services.  

We may share your personal information with third party suppliers who provide IT, administrative and business support functions and other assistance in relation to the functions as set out in this Privacy Policy.  

We are not however liable for any personal information that you provide directly to our corporate partners including via their websites or over the phone. This personal information will be dealt with in accordance with the individual privacy policy of those partners.  You should check these individual privacy policies before you engage with or supply personal information to our corporate partners. 

We will not allow access from or transfer your personal information to recipients outside of Australia.  

We may disclose personal information:
